Specially formulated for dry, dehydrated, and sensitive skin, this ampoule contains 10,000ppb high-concentration ceramides to deeply lock in moisture, strengthen the skin barrier, and protect against external irritants. Infused with 7 types of hyaluronic acid and panthenol, it delivers multi-layer hydration and forms a protective moisture film to maintain lasting suppleness.
Enhanced with a soothing complex (burdock root extract, phellinus linteus extract) and centella asiatica, it calms sensitive, irritated skin while reducing discomfort. The formula follows a 4-free natural prescription—free from artificial fragrance, artificial colorants, animal-derived ingredients, and PEG emulsifiers—making it gentle and safe for daily use. 1. Pick up at SF Business Stations or SF Stores
The customer chooses to pick up the shipment at SF Business Station or SF Store, and fails to complete the pickup within the first 2 days* after the shipment arrives at the selected address and put on shelf at the selected address, SF Retention Service Fee will be charged for every 1 day*& be accumulated every day. (Final pricing is subject to SF Express Hong Kong)
*The number of day(s) is/ are calculated from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
2. Pick up at SF Lockers
If a customer selects SF Locker delivery and fails to collect the parcel within the first 24 hours of successful lock-in by the courier, A service fee of HK$15 per 24-hour period will apply (fees are for reference only; final pricing is subject to SF Express Hong Kong). Any duration under 24 hours will be charged as a full 24-hour period. This fee will be collected directly by SF Express.
*Pay Attention. If customer fails to pick up on time by providing the wrong phone number, the extend pick-up fee will be borne by the customer.***
