Return & Exchange Policy

All products purchased at TONYMOLY HK Online Shop are non-exchangeable & non-refundable after payment.


All orders once are submitted & finished the payment CANNOT be cancelled, changed, add/remove product, re-enter the coupon/code.
Please confirm the items & order summary carefully before you submit payment.


-   If the return is requested based on personal reason;

All products (Including new product with packaging or opened) purchased at TONYMOLY HK Online Shop cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded.


-   If there is any allergic case;

If customer have sensitive skin, please ask your doctor before purchasing. If allergic case is happened after using product. Medical Certificate or Photos must be provided within 30 days from delivery to apply for an exchange/ refund by contact to TONYMOLY CS team (cs@tonymoly.com.hk)

 

- If the return is requested due to short expiry date;

TONYMOLY HK remarks product's expiry dates in each product pages. Please check carefully before purchase. If customer missed its expiry information and requests to get refund, basically it is not accepted & will treat as personal reason. Please contact to TONYMOLY CS team (cs@tonymoly.com.hk) within 7 days from delivery. Please be aware that the request might not be accepted depending on CS team decision. The returned product(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging. Products opened or used are not accepted for returns. In that case, the returned products must be wrapped in a proper package and sent back to the specified address within 3 business days from the notification.


-   If the item delivered is damaged or there is any quality issue;

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied due to damage or poor quality, you may contact to TONYMOLY CS team (cs@tonymoly.com.hk) within 30 days from delivery. CS team may request to share detailed images or further information on the issue. The returned products must be wrapped in a proper package and sent back to the specified address within 3 business days of the notification. In this case, the postal/shipping fee shall be borne by TONYMOLY HK.


-   If you received the wrong item;

If you received the wrong item which is not the same one you ordered, you may contact to TONYMOLY CS team (cs@tonymoly.com.hk) within 7 days from delivery. CS team may request to share detailed images or further information of the issue. The returned products must be wrapped in a proper package and sent back to the specified address within 3 business days of the notification. Exchanges items will be shipped within 10 business days upon receipt. In this case, the postal/shipping fee shall be borne by TONYMOLY HK.


-   If the item quantity is incorrect;

If the item quantity is incorrect, not the same one you ordered, you may contact to TONYMOLY CS team (cs@tonymoly.com.hk) within 7 days from delivery. CS team may request to share detailed images or further information on the issue. Extra items will be shipped within 10 business days upon receipt. In this case, the postal/shipping fee shall be borne by TONYMOLY HK.
For any kind of inquiry, TONYMOLY CS team would get back to you within 10 working days.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit card used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification.
